Marie-Pierre holds a PhD in immuno-oncology (INSERM/Institut Curie, Paris) and a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm D) with a specialization in medical biology after 4 years hospital residency in CHU Pellegrin (Bordeaux) and Institut Curie (Paris). Prior to joining MedDay Pharmaceuticals in March 2019, she developed an extensive experience in Pharmacovigilance and drug safety for development and post-marketing biopharmaceutical products in ultra-rare diseases in haematology, nephrology and neurology with a special focus on risk management activities while working over 11 years at Alexion Pharmaceuticals as Director Global Drug Safety (Paris and Boston). Before Alexion, she has worked 8 years in Academic/translational research in immuno-oncology (INSERM) and in hospital at Institut Curie,(Paris) where she got a solid medical and scientific background. Marie-Pierre leads the worldwide Safety organization and relevant drug safety projects for MedDay.
